Strip Joinery and bulkheads
Bulkheads and any joinery that were added after the lease was signed will need to be removed.

Remove walls, partions, doors and windows
All doors, windows or office partions will need to be removed and reconditioned.

Repair walls and touch ups
Throughout your lease it is likely that the walls may have been damaged.
Decal/Frosting Removal
All window decals and any frosting appled will nee to be removed.

Final Clean
Once defit is completed, all rubbish will be removed and a final clean will take place.
